Sneakz products have a shelf life of 24 months from the manufacturing date. Each package is clearly marked with a "Best By" date to ensure freshness and optimal quality. For the best taste and nutritional value, we recommend consuming the product before this date.

We package Meal2Go and Meal2Grow using state-of-the-art, sustainable, and recyclable materials to ensure freshness and quality. To keep your product at its best:

• Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Keep the package sealed tightly after each use to maintain freshness.
• Check the “Best By” date on the package and consume before that date for optimal taste and nutrition.

No refrigeration is required—just proper storage for long-lasting quality!

Our products are designed for a wide range of ages and provide complete, whole-food-based nutrition:

• Meal2Grow is ideal for children ages 2+ who need extra nutritional support, especially those behind on the weight and height charts. It can also replace daily vitamin pills and is safe for any age, including seniors, as a whole-food nutrition source.
• Meal2Go is formulated with added vitamins, minerals, and higher protein content, making it best suited for ages 14+ or anyone needing additional nutritional support.

Both products are whole food-based and can be enjoyed by anyone, but we recommend consulting a physician for children under 2 years old or for those with specific dietary needs.

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. However, our products are currently in development stage and not available to ship immediately. Go to our product page and sign up for our product notification alert. We'll let you know as soon as they are in stock.

Order updates will automatically be sent via email. In addition you can track orders in our Sneakz shop.

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states. However, free shipping on orders over $150 applies only to the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

International shipping is available but requires additional fees. If you have any special shipping requests, feel free to contact us.

You can edit or change the shipping address of your order until it ships from our Sneakz store. Once it ships you may have to edit it with your carrier. If you have any problems just reach out to our customer service team. We'll help you get it back on track.
